Israel had been supplying food, water, and electricity to Gaza for years, because Hamas had diverted international aid money into building tunnels and rockets, rather than developing its own infrastructure and economy. Given Hamas's exhibitionist, livestreamed orgy of kidnapping, rape, torture, mutilation, murder, beheading, and necrophilia and its promise to repeat that day "again and again," Israel is under no obligation to supply its murderers with utilities. It's clear that Hamas has amassed stockpiles of fuel and food, and they do have water. Those crying "war crimes" and "genocide" seem never to wonder how it is that Gazans continue to film the ongoing conflict with freshly charged cellphones.
