The topic of adoption made me wonder where I could find a study that compares the educational outcomes of socioeconomically disadvantaged children vs children who were born to socioeconomically disadvantaged mothers but adopted into middle or upper class families.
Mr Rowe should replace Miguel Cardona as secretary of education asap. Or at least his ideas should be implemented nationwide without delay
