I like the approach of near-namesake FIRE. First letter is cease-and-desist with a dead-line date for action, next is notice of lawsuit. Over time, this tends to get future first letters acted upon rather than laughed at and handed to an intern for the stock AI response.

Yeah, “respectfully requesting” changes will go nowhere, hopefully they understand that and are preparing to lawyer up.
We are up against hard-core ideologues, who are personally invested in radical indoctrination of the kids. They will not be dissuaded by “dialogue”.
