Greetings!
It's been a busy week settling into my role as Executive Director. I've spent more time on Zoom than I ever thought humanly possible. But I'm so excited and thrilled about what lies ahead for FAIR!
Like many of you, I was drawn to FAIR because it embraces a message that I have been writing and speaking about for the past seven years: what we have in common is far more important than what separates us. I believe that finding common ground and celebrating our shared humanity is the key to bridging the divide and fulfilling Martin Luther King Jr.'s vision of a united and hopeful America.
I saw FAIR as an oasis of sensible, intelligent people alarmed by the growing divisiveness in our country and deeply committed to taking action. I found allies who are passionate about advancing King’s guiding principle of universal equality and promoting unity that we desperately need now. FAIR remains uniquely positioned to lead this endeavor.
When FAIR launched in March 2021 it experienced immediate success, and like many startups, it also quickly experienced internal challenges. Events of the past year have tested our resolve, but they’ve also served as a filter. Anyone who doubted what FAIR represents and what we can accomplish has stepped aside. The people who serve and support this organization have one goal: to reboot FAIR and make it better and stronger than ever. FAIR has persevered because there is a desperate longing for the work we do—a void that no one else is willing to fill.
In fact, I’m more optimistic about FAIR’s future today than I was when I first joined. I see enormous opportunity on the horizon.
If you're seeing what I'm seeing, you're sensing the tide is turning. People are awakening to the dangers of divisive ideologies and the urgent need to unify Americans. This new chapter of FAIR will give voice to this Silent Majority.
The decent, good-hearted people who have quietly stood on the sidelines, patiently waiting for the divisiveness and rancor to end, hoping that one day we could get back to the America we once knew, a country in which common sense and compassion prevails and respect for humanity is universal and unequivocal.
The Silent Majority now knows that it can no longer remain silent. It's time for us to stand up and make our voices heard. Because there is power in numbers; once we realize we're not alone, we find the courage to create the reality we want and deserve.
FAIR will use the power of numbers in other ways to broaden our scope. The desire for an America that values fairness, understanding, and humanity isn't bound by race, color, gender, or politics. People from all walks of life are frustrated by the relentless polarization, assault on civil liberties, and emphasis on regressive ideology. We will accelerate community outreach by partnering with grassroots organizations to bring FAIR’s message to a wider, more diverse audience.
There is a growing hunger for the services FAIR in Education provides, and we will continue to feed it. We will expand our extremely successful training programs that provide pro-human professional development services to teachers and administrators around the country. Stephanie Guerra’s tireless work has made these programs consistent revenue-generators. Just this week, FAIR in Education secured two new contracts in public school districts in Ohio and California.
We are proud of our efforts to support groundbreaking litigation on behalf of plaintiffs like Professor Tabia Lee, who was wrongfully discharged for questioning her employer’s DEI policies. We will increase our advocacy efforts to defend the rights of those who challenge orthodoxy.
In the last few days, we've received new interest and support from some of the most unexpected corners, including members of the entertainment industry, who have expressed interest in partnering with FAIR to support our mission. And I know why. Well-intentioned people are coming to the realization that they have unwittingly embraced regressive ideology and policies that have done more to drive us apart than bring us together.
My friends, we are approaching a historical paradigm shift. The Overton Window is opening wider, allowing the Silent Majority to take FAIR’s message and tools and move from the sidelines to the forefront of our nation’s discourse. The time is ripe, and we are poised—and fully committed—to seize it.
I am honored to lead FAIR into its next and most exciting phase. It's going to be epic!
Cheers,
Monica Harris

I'd really love it it wasn't so America centric so many international institutions have have followed you into this hell and now we all must combine programs of reeducation worldwide to get us all back on track we need you to be a world wide organisation and think globally - "hoping that one day we could get back to -the America- The west we once knew, -a country- Values in which common sense and compassion prevails and respect for humanity is universal and unequivocal."
Understanding that the shared culture is this and different from many other cultures out there. (we are in the minority) Culture is not race but a precious and fragile value that must be protected.
