I'm so excited that there are now resources aes at bringing out nation's schools away from the cliff. I'm a former teacher and would have loved to have these resources!
Peter Boghossian says the American academy generally, the Ivies specifically, and selected areas of study generally are, in the main, irredeemably woke, leftist, and totally unsuited to the purpose of educating future generations. They cannot be reformed since the enemy holds every office of power and influence within the institutions, and no tyrant in the absence of force willingly gives up authority, position, and wealth.
Boghossian says they must be destroyed, "burned to the ground" in his words, and their function shifted to places where the rot has not penetrated to the heart, and the tree of truth-seeking and knowledge still grows. New professors and administrators will have to be produced in great numbers from institutions still free of the taint, and many people will suffer in the period before educational and professional standards of conduct and excellence can be re-established.
It's past time to roll up our sleeves and get to work on Peter Boghossian's project.
A lot univserities are ideological messes. But FAIR's program for educators is primarily aimed at K-12, not universities. I don't think burning K-12 to the ground is going to help things.
