Employees are in quarterly performance - they don't care and are not incentivised to think long-term (HR are also the main importer of these radicals - since usually, they come straight from uni into HR, they have few other skills, so are heavily invested in this as a future model - the more conflict and racism (and trainings needed) the more work and job security they have ...!)
In the Corp. I worked for they hired 1 token straight white man. I couldn’t understand how he could tolerate the demonization of white men. They must have paid him well

I know I would be looked on as a diversity hire.... when previously it would be based on my skill. This rot taints everything!
