Thank you for this feedback. While it is the case that some schools begin summer break in late May, many districts end their school year in mid-June. Since Pride begins June 1, these activities are still relevant for them.

While I find Pride month annoying and totally agree that there should be no school activities to celebrate it ....aren't most kids on summer break in June?

Can I just say that as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints who firmly believes in what are often described as traditional Judeo-Christian sexual norms, seeing this in my inbox like I did a few days ago gives me hope.

I'm fully aware that in all likelihood most of FAIR leadership doesn't agree with me and my faith's understanding of what is "right" and what is "wrong" wrt sexual ethics. But FAIR seems to be one of the last orgs out there that is unafraid to take the Voltairean attitude of "‘I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

In a better world, ACLU donors would be flocking to FAIR because it is now the org that has taken upon itself the mantle of protecting the civil liberties of all Americans.

Keep up the good work.
