Dear Friends of FAIR,
Next week FAIR will host an intimate gathering in New York City to highlight the importance of free expression and open inquiry in American institutions. We are thrilled that we will be joined by FAIR Board of Advisor members Nadine Strossen and Michael Shellenberger. We will also hear from two plaintiffs in FAIR-backed litigation: Zack De Piero and Tabia Lee, both of whom have filed lawsuits against their former academic employers for free speech and discrimination claims.
Finally, we will also be joined by FAIR Fellow, Sahar Tartak, current sophomore at Yale University and outspoken supporter of viewpoint diversity on campus. The event will take place on Thursday February 22nd from 6-8pm ET. A few open spots remain for this exciting event—if you will be in the area and are interested in attending, please email us no later than Monday, February 19th at info@fairforall.org. We will notify you if we’re able to accommodate your attendance.
Warmly,
The Team at the Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism
