Just saw “Bulworth” again. Made in 1999, nothing has changed. Beatty raps “Rich people just trying to get black people to hate white people and white people to hate black people.” Don Cheadle and Halle Berry also speak great truths about the black condition, which Beatty then turns into raps during a tv interview. The amazing thing about this decades old film is how timely it is.
Well done, whoever photographed Prof. McWhorter at that very moment. His expression is priceless!
