FAIR Letter to Emory Student Bar Association
This week, FAIR's legal team sent a letter to Emory Law School's Student Bar Association regarding their denial of the charter application of the Emory Free Speech Forum, claiming, in part, that allowing open discourse is an “extreme” position.
FAIR strongly urged the SBA to reconsider their decision and remain true to the law school's “well-established promotion of free speech values,” and allow the formation of a group whose purpose is to share diverse perspectives, participate in civil dialogue despite those differences, and learn from each other.

EP1 | Breaking Binaries with Coleman Hughes
We at FAIR are proud to present FAIR Perspectives, the official podcast of the pro-human movement, hosted by Melissa Chen and Angel Eduardo. For our inaugural episode, we are featuring Coleman Hughes.
Coleman Hughes is a writer, podcaster, and opinion columnist who specializes in issues related to race, public policy, and applied ethics. Coleman's writing has been featured in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. We discuss “Blasphemy,” his new single which premieres today, January 17, 2022. We also explore how he came to music and reveal a more personal side of Coleman that many likely haven't seen before in his career as a public intellectual. We also talk about the ways his intellectual and musical careers intersect.
The FAIR Perspectives podcast will feature in-depth conversations with public intellectuals, authors, and industry leaders, as well as everyday people—teachers, students, employees, and others dedicated to building a better world.
Over the coming weeks, our guests will include Michael Shermer, Wilfred Reilly, Daryl Davis, John McWhorter, and more. Stay tuned!

FAIR Medical Webinar
On Thursday, January 27th at 8:00PM CT, join FAIR Advisor Wilfred Reilly plus FAIR in Medicine fellows Dr. Sally Satel, Dr. Marilyn Singleton, Dr. Aida Cerundolo, Dr. Diana Blum, and FAIR attorney Leigh Ann O’Neill for this informative and timely Webinar titled “Pro-human Perspectives on Race-based Medical Care.’”
The physician-patient relationship is like no other: intensely personal, private, and as Hippocrates said, “sacred.” Now we are in danger of giving away our authority to make individual medical decisions in the name of “health equity,” which prioritizes equal medical outcomes across identity groups over individualized care.
Medicine is about caring for individual human beings, not advancing political agendas, yet we are seeing disturbing trends in medical schools where student lessons are being peppered with politically-charged rhetoric.
This timely webinar will explore these issues and help us arrive at pro-human solutions to preserve our autonomous patient-physician relationship.
