I wonder if the people at these companies that the interns work with are those "who self-identify as members of a historically underrepresented group in the management consulting profession, including Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, and/or part of Indigenous groups in North America,” or "identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx or Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis and First Nations).” I'm sure McKinsey and Bain (and the "woke" who are driving this insanity) wouldn't want to have the "oppressors" teaching the "underrepresented."
